A person who is a national of a country specified in rule ETA 1.2. must obtain an ETA before travel to the UK unless they have an entry clearance. … The ETA application process will open on 25 October 2023 only for Qatari nationals who intend to travel to the UK on or after 15 November 2023. … ETA 1.2.
