The amendment adds the following 13 countries to the list of visa-required countries eligible for an eTA in the IRPR: the Seychelles, Panama, Uruguay, Argentina, Trinidad and Tobago, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Thailand, the Philippines, Morocco, and Costa Rica.
